Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 13, 2026
🔒 Your Privacy Matters
We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy laws. Your data is encrypted, never sold, and can be deleted on request.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you register, we collect your name and email address. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt before storage — we never store plaintext passwords.
Usage Data
We collect information about how you interact with the platform: pages visited, features used, session duration, and browser/device type. This data is used solely to improve our service.
Wallet Addresses
If you add cryptocurrency wallet addresses for portfolio tracking, those addresses are stored in our database. We only read publicly available on-chain data — we never ask for or store private keys or seed phrases.
Payment Information
Subscription payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
Service Delivery
Your account data is used to authenticate you, personalise your dashboard, and deliver the features you subscribe to.
Analytics & Improvement
Aggregated, anonymised usage data helps us understand which features are most valuable and where the platform can be improved.
Communications
We may send you transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets) and, if you opt in, product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Legal Obligations
We may process your data where required by law, to comply with regulatory requirements, or to protect our legal rights.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We Do Not Sell Your Data
CryptoAnalysisHub does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Service Providers
We share data with trusted sub-processors (hosting, analytics, payment processing) who are contractually bound to handle it securely and only for the purpose of providing services to us.
Market Data APIs
Live price and on-chain data is fetched from external APIs (CoinGecko, Etherscan, etc.). These requests do not include your personal information.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by a court order, subpoena, or other legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of users.
4. Cookies & Tracking
Session Cookies
We use secure, HTTP-only session cookies to keep you signed in. These are essential and cannot be disabled without losing access to authenticated features.
Preference Cookies
We store your theme preference (dark/light) locally in the browser. No personal data is associated with this.
No Ad Tracking
We do not use advertising trackers, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party retargeting cookies.
5. Your Data Rights
Access
You have the right to request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
Correction
You can update or correct your account information at any time via the Settings page.
Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated personal data (subject to legal retention requirements).
Portability
You can request your data in a machine-readable format for transfer to another service.
Opt-Out
You can opt out of non-essential communications and analytics at any time.
6. Data Retention
Active Accounts
While your account is active, we retain your data to provide services and comply with our obligations.
After Deletion
Once you delete your account, we securely delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
Billing Records
For tax and accounting purposes, we retain billing and transaction records for 7 years as required by law.
Legal Hold
Certain data may be retained longer if required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax and accounting purposes).
7. Regional Compliance
GDPR (EU/UK)
If you are in the EU or UK, you have rights under GDPR, including access, correction, deletion, and portability. We process data lawfully based on your consent or legitimate business interests.
CCPA (California)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what data we collect, delete it, and opt out of sales. We do not sell personal information.
Other Jurisdictions
We comply with applicable privacy laws in all jurisdictions where we operate.
8. Children's Privacy
Age Restriction
CryptoAnalysisHub is not directed at children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on the platform. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest revision.
